He was seen arguing with his girlfriend, Katie, about the number of sexual partners she has had. After the gang walk past, she lies and says "4". As the gang and Craig pass each other, he uses his power to find out how many sexual partners she really had, causing a number "11" to show up on her forehead. This also affected the gang, numbers appearing on their foreheads too.
He then left the complex, leaving his girlfriend and the gang with numbers on their foreheads.
